Lash Lift NYC will provide the refund only if the customer returns the product in 14 days after the purchase. If you want to return the product because it was defective or you’ve received a wrong product, please contact us and we will provide store credit or potential refund. Orders over 14 days old are non-returnable or refundable. Return shipping fees apply on exchanges. You will be refunded for the returned items on the same method of payment you purchased the order with. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase, which can be your receipt, order number and/or name on the account. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days if your order is less than 14 days old.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. If you were supposed to receive the payment through online payment apps such as Paypal, please check your account there. And please contact the customer service, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 39W 32nd St. Suite 1203, NY, NY 10001. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is not defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time of delivery may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
